Challenge
The main challenge was to create a website that conveys trust and reassurance to Japanese football fans about Fan Tokens, ensuring clarity and transparency in the product offering. Additionally, the site needed to be fully bilingual—English and Japanese—supporting different alphabets while maintaining a consistent and intuitive user experience. All of this had to be designed efficiently so that a polished Figma file could be delivered to the development team on time for implementation.
Our Approach to Building Trust
To build trust with Japanese football fans, we provided accurate and transparent information about our product, including revenue figures and the number of Fan Tokens issued. We also showcased examples of Fan Tokens from major teams to make the offering tangible. On the ‘About Us’ section, we highlighted the team behind the project with images and insights to convey a human, trustworthy presence. Additionally, we provided detailed information about how Fan Tokens work and the benefits of cryptocurrency, following the Japanese preference for thorough content. Instead of a single landing page, we created a content-rich website to ensure users had all the information they needed to feel confident and informed.
Results
Despite a limited timeframe, we successfully delivered a finalized website that was reviewed and approved by our Japanese collaborators. The site is now ready to be shared and showcased at crypto events, helping to introduce Fan Tokens to the Japanese market with confidence
